A full basement conversion turning an unfinished space into an elegant,useful family room with a beautiful custom fireplace and mantel as the rooms center piece. Structural modifications added more living space by taking out a bearing wall and adding a load carrying beam. New insulated walls and windows added energy savings and enhanced a commanding view of Lake Washington.
