An architect's daughter finally gets her own bedroom in this 104 year old, 10,000 square foot Capitol Hill mansion the family bought as a fixer. The changes included some structural modifications, new window seats, the duplication of century old custom crown moldings, oval windows, doors and trim details. Refinished hardwood floors. The exterior soffits were repaired and stripped of many layers of old paint and refinished with a bright new paint job.
