Mitchell Residence

Chemical sensitivities was not something that the Mitchell family planned on when they moved into their new house. But they did know that it had to be fixed. Carpet was replaced with hardwood floors and new paint. They decided it would be the best time to convert a garage into a home office and make an existing small living room larger by taking out an inconvenient closet and create a new separate dining room. A new laundry room and a sliding glass door and window into the back yard added much needed light and convenience.
